- K1 system supports a wide range of vehicles utilising CAN bus protocol. Vehicles sold in U.S. since 2008 have to support CAN bus protocol. If you want to make sure your car utilises CAN bus protocol, address your car’s user manual.
- K1 System works best for vehicles with “Push-to-start” buttons. Such vehicles can be started from the Keyvault App without the need of a physical key.
- To use your K1 System from the app to start, open doors, open the trunk, etc, you will have to spare one key fob. It should be disassembled and soldered inside the main K1 box. It’s a standard procedure performed by almost any car service on a regular basis for car security systems.
- First deliveries is scheduled on Q4 2024. All updates on that regard will be send with our email updates to all customers.
